In 2022, Jodie Garcka reached a major milestone in her career, promoted to Director after 14 years of dedication at Merlin Buffet Systems.
She began her journey with the company in an entry-level role and steadily worked her way up, gaining hands-on experience across multiple departments.
Over the years, her strong leadership skills, deep understanding of the company’s operations, and consistent commitment earnt her the new position.

We specialise in food presentation, tabletop equipment, counters, trolleys, and Furniture with Function.
From sourcing a single product to delivering complete, tailored concepts, Merlin’s depth of knowledge and experience allows us to provide the right solutions for your hospitality needs.
We work with a wide network of suppliers, offering such an extensive range that not all of our products can be featured in a brochure or on our website.
Our extensive range means we can help you find exactly what you need—from front-of-house buffet equipment like heat lamps, chafing dishes, warming units, induction pans, and dispensers, to tabletop essentials such as salt and pepper mills, crockery, cutlery, and table lamps. Whatever you’re looking for, we’re here to help.

We are primarily a sourcing company, which means instead of holding large volumes of stock, we order products specifically to meet each customer’s requirements.
This approach allows us to focus on finding the best possible solution rather than limiting choices to what is already on the shelf.
That said, we do work closely with several local suppliers and keep a small selection of items available, so in some cases we’re able to offer shorter lead times.
Our standard lead time is typically between 2–4 weeks, and while it may require a little patience, it’s worth the wait when you receive a product that’s exactly right for your space and needs.
